What types of notarization do you offer?
I provide mobile loan signings, general notary services, and Remote Online Notarization (RON). Services include real estate closing documents, acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney, and other commonly notarized documents, based on document eligibility.
Where do you provide mobile services?
Mobile services are available in Gaithersburg / Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
How quickly can you complete a signing?
Turnaround depends on document readiness, package size, and scheduling. Availability will be confirmed before accepting an assignment to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Yes, weekend appointments are available by request.
Do you provide scanbacks and same-day drop?
Yes. Scanbacks and same-day document drop are provided when required.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry $500,000 in Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance. Proof of coverage can be provided upon request.
What forms of ID are accepted?
For in-person notarizations, a valid, government-issued photo ID is required, such as a state-issued driver’s license or identification card, or a U.S. passport. IDs must be current and meet state notary requirements. Specific ID requirements for Remote Online Notarization may vary by platform.
Do you offer bilingual services?
Yes. I offer bilingual support in English and Chinese to help ensure clear communication during the appointment. All notarizations are performed in accordance with Maryland notary law, and signers must be able to understand and sign their documents willingly.
What do I need for Remote Online Notary (RON)?
A valid government-issued ID, a phone or computer with a camera, and a stable internet connection.
What RON platform do you use?
I am authorized to perform Remote Online Notarization using the Proof® platform. When required, I am able to work within client-specified platforms, subject to availability and platform approval.
How are RON platform fees handled?
Remote Online Notary services require the use of a secure third-party platform (such as Proof®). Platform transaction fees are charged separately by the provider and are not included in my notary fee. For title companies and signing services, these fees are typically covered by the hiring company or factored into the agreed compensation.
How do I request availability or schedule a signing?
You may submit a request through this site to confirm availability. For title companies and signing services, assignments are completed through your preferred platform after availability is confirmed.
